Installations are designed and commissioned to the relevant British and European standards, including EN 50131 and PD 6662 for intruder alarms, BS 5839-1 for fire detection, BS 7273-4 for fire-actuated door release, BS 7671 for electrical work and ONVIF for interoperable CCTV. Homeview Surveillance is SSAIB and BAFE approved (including BAFE SP203 scope for fire systems), giving procurement teams third-party certification to evidence in PQQ and ITT submissions. CCTV deployments are supported with GDPR-aligned documentation and DPIA guidance where required.

Intruder and CCTV systems can be connected to a 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) providing monitored response with police escalation where a confirmed activation occurs. Planned preventative maintenance keeps systems standards-compliant and audit-ready, and support is delivered against agreed SLAs covering response and rectification times. This gives multi-site clients a predictable, accountable service rather than reactive call-outs.
