Homeview Surveillance is SSAIB and BAFE approved, and intruder alarm systems are designed and installed to EN 50131 and PD 6662 with the appropriate security grading and DD 243 confirmation for monitored sites. CCTV is delivered with GDPR compliance in mind, supported by a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and operational requirement where required, and fire-linked or life-safety interfaces follow BS 5839-1 and BS 7273-4 as applicable. All electrical work is carried out to BS 7671.
All monitored sites connect to a 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) providing police response where the system qualifies, so activations are managed consistently regardless of location. For multi-site portfolios this means a single point of escalation, agreed response procedures and centralised oversight rather than disparate local arrangements.
